Natural Timber Notice: Toys crafted from solid beech, plantation rubberwood, or birch plywood naturally exhibit organic wood grains, knot marks, and slight tonal variances. Non-toxic water-based color finishes may display subtle shifts across digital screens. Moki Toys reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Child Safety, Small Parts & Active Supervision Disclaimer

Active Adult Supervision & Age Grading Warning: All children's play sets, stacking blocks, and magnetic builders require continuous adult supervision. Adhere strictly to recommended age brackets (e.g., 6M+, 18M+, 3+ years). Toys containing small wooden spheres, modular pegs, or magnetic joints must be kept away from children under 3 years of age or any child who still mouths objects, as small components present choking hazards. Encapsulated Magnets Notice: Magnetic tile sets feature ultrasonically welded internal neodymium magnets; regularly inspect blocks for dropped cracks or casing fractures and discard damaged tiles immediately. Moki Toys is not liable for swallowed objects, choking hazards, or injuries resulting from unsupervised play, chewing misuse, or failure to follow recommended age guidelines.
